Orchid Behavioral Care is currently seeking energetic, outgoing, and passionate people to join our team.   Our clients are primarily located in our Issaquah clinic and on the Eastside (Issaquah, Redmond, Sammamish).
If you have experience working with kids or working with disabled children, you may qualify for our training program! 

If you are already an experienced CBT or RBT,  Orchid Behavioral Care offers extensive supervision.  You will see your BCBA weekly at a minimum.  Most weeks you will see your BCBAs multiple times! You will have all the supplies you need, including iPads and curriculum, reinforcers and a beautiful workspace.

Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts. 
  • Provide services to Eastside clients only with limited driving and clients scheduled back-to-back
  • Teach and help promote functional language, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in a fun, play setting.
  • Provide functional ABA support to caregivers and teachers in the child's environment.
  • Record and collect real-time data and submit case notes for each session.
  • Communicate with team members in a timely and collaborative manner.

​Qualifications
  • CBT or RBT license or participate in our training program
  • Possess reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
  • Experience using Central Reach is helpful
  • Must be energetic, outgoing
  • Must be organized, respectful, professional, reliable
  • Must be flexible, willing to learn and welcome feedback
  • Must be able to follow through, complete the task, ask questions
  • Able to understand and implement programming as designed by the supervisors
  • Able to work well independently as a problem solver and know when to call in the team for help, or to offer your help to others
  • Available for consistent work hours between 9a-6pm or 9am-3pm Monday thru Friday, Mon/Wed/Friday only or Tuesday/Thursday only.
